**iHisto Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Eligibility: The iHisto referral program ("Program") is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old and who are existing customers of iHisto ("Company").

Referral Requirements: To qualify for rewards under the Program, referrers must share their unique referral code with eligible individuals who are not current customers of iHisto ("Referred Customers"). Referred Customers must use the referral code provided by the referrer to initiate their first order with iHisto.

Reward Eligibility: Referrers will be eligible for a $50 Amazon gift card ("Reward") only after the Referred Customer's first order with iHisto has been completed and invoiced.

Reward Redemption: Rewards earned under the Program are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. The $50 Amazon gift card will be sent electronically to the referrer's email address registered with the Company.

Limitations: Referrers may NOT refer themselves, individuals who are part of the same company, or work under the same Principal Investigator. Referred Customers must be new customers of iHisto and cannot have an existing project or prior relationship with the Company.

Multiple Referrals: Referrers may refer multiple individuals to iHisto, but may only receive Rewards for unique Referred Customers whose first orders meet the Program requirements.

Modification and Termination: iHisto reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice. Any changes or updates to the Program will be effective immediately upon posting on the Company's website or other communication channels.

Compliance: Referrers and Referred Customers agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to those related to spam, privacy, and consumer protection.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Massachusetts. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Massachusetts.

Acceptance: By participating in the Program, referrers and Referred Customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
